The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the Chouwara tanneries, Al-Attarine Medersa, and the Nejjarine Museum of Woodcrafts. The rooms are spacious and stylish, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff, including Ibrahim, Hisham, and Youness, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and concierge services readily available. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the restaurant served delicious meals. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

The location was perfect as it was right in the center of Medina, close to all the main tourist attractions. The cleanliness of this hotel was spot on, and the facilities including the rooftop terrace were exceptional. Plus, the breakfast spread was huge and delicious. our experience was fantastic as the hotel staff made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Had a great Xmas at this Riad--food was always delicious and the rooms were beautiful. Located in the heart of the medina so it was very easy to get around. The staff were helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, with breathtaking views of the city.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, which made for a less than ideal sleeping experience. the lack of clear directions to the Riad made it difficult to find upon arrival, which was frustrating.

They arranged a guide for me to explore Fes, and even helped me plan a desert tour. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view and the perfect spot to relax at sunset. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and inviting. I had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this riad.

The riad is newly built and immaculate, with great facilities. The food cooked was fresh and they catered to our requests. a very good experience.
